At Handyman Homes, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure efficient service for all our clients, we ask that you please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Notice Requirement: To avoid cancellation fees, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a maintenance appointment.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a R595+vat (R685) cancellation fee.
3. No-Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a R595+vat (R685) fee will be charged.
4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an urgent matter, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable accommodations based on the situation.
5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
6. Refunds: In the case of a cancellation fee, this charge will be applied to the total service cost and will not be refundable.
